Aeromexico is seeking a Loyalty Ecosystem Sr Manager to define the long-term roadmap for the Aeromexico Rewards ecosystem, aligning business needs with technology, data, and external vendors.

You will partner with IT, Product, Data, and senior leadership to drive platform implementations, manage complex integrations, and deliver measurable revenue growth and customer engagement across loyalty programs and partner networks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required).
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, Technology Management, or related discipline (highly preferred).
• 8–10+ years of experience in product management, business tech, loyalty platforms, or related leadership roles.
• Experience defining strategies that drive revenue growth and measurable business value.
• Experience prioritizing initiatives using ROI analysis and business cases.
