Aeromexico is seeking an Applications Jr. Manager (Operations Control) to lead the strategy, management, and evolution of the airline's Operational Control application ecosystem.

You will ensure availability, stability, and real-time decision-making across critical operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering and advanced English, plus experience managing enterprise apps, leading technical teams and SaaS-based solutions in 24/7 environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience managing critical enterprise applications.
• Experience leading technical teams, vendors, or high-criticality technology initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise applications under SaaS models or specialized solutions for critical operations.
• Experience operating technology solutions in critical 24/7 environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define the technology roadmap for Aeromexico's Operational Control ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors and tech initiatives for critical operations.
• Optimize processes and system integrations to ensure business continuity.
