Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Logistics Controller to lead regional control over inbound/outbound logistics, managing ICC/ICB, GR/IR, and inventory processes with ERP accuracy. The role partners with Operations to drive sustainable improvements and ensure governance across LATAM.

You will advance pricing execution, strengthen financial controls, and build KPI dashboards to support reliable regional reporting. LATAM focus with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Senior controllership experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Finance.
• Experience managing operational finance processes in complex regional environments.
• ERP knowledge with SAP and ability to analyze postings and data extracts.
• Experience building dashboards, trackers, and KPI reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional ownership to monitor ICC/ICB and logistics finance processes.
• Reduce recurring execution gaps that cause corrections and increased exposure.
• Improve pricing execution and reduce downstream re-pricing activity.
• Improve GR/IR hygiene and root-cause resolution with Operations and GBS.
• Strengthen inventory controls and enable reliable regional reporting.
• Oversee repair workshop cost recognition and governance.”
