Midea LATAM North is seeking a Latam Internal Control Specialist to lead internal control management for the region. The role reports to the Regional Internal Control Function Head and serves as the main point of contact for MIB and MG Internal Control requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in internal control or related fields, strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle, and the ability to interact with senior management in both English and Spanish. Willingness to travel is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years in internal control, internal audit, anti-fraud or compliance in multinational companies.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and write professional reports.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the annual internal control work plan and align with BU GMs and regional heads.
• Execute testing plans to achieve 30%+ annual coverage of internal controls in Latam.
• Coordinate targeted scope audits and support corporate internal audits.
• Follow up on remedial actions and ensure timely closure with significant progress.
• Support annual training and policy development for all BUs; ensure system workflows are in place.
