EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to strengthen lifecycle operations through precise campaign production, coordination, and quality checks using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will partner with regional specialists to triage inbound requests, build and validate email and push campaigns, and keep launches on track and accurate.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing.
• Solid understanding of SQL queries, data filtering, segmentation, and audience creation.
• Familiarity with SFMC APIs and integrations with external systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate campaign intake, send timelines, and readiness checks prior to launch.
• Build and maintain Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio automations.
• Design, build, test, and support end-to-end customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
