EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support campaign builds, data handling, and quality assurance for email and push marketing programs.

You will work with regional specialists to ensure campaigns are accurate and on schedule, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript, and related tools. You will design and optimize customer journeys, manage data structures in Contact Builder, and coordinate with global teams to drive subscriber growth and engagement.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, data filtering, segmentation, and audience creation.
• Familiarity with SFMC APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals, including sender reputation, bounces, spam complaints, and engagement.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Support campaign intake, send scheduling, and campaign readiness validation.
• Build and manage Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio automations.
• Design, build, test, and support end-to-end customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage Data Extensions, including data relationships, primary keys, sendable data extensions, and data retention.
• Handle email sends, subscriber management, publication lists, suppression lists, and send classifications through Email Studio.
• Troubleshoot failed automations, journey issues, email sends, data issues, and subscriber/contact problems.
• Document SFMC processes, data flows, automations, and journeys for ongoing administration and support.
