Job summary

Zebra Technologies Mexico seeks a Lean Six Sigma Process Senior Analyst to drive continuous improvement across the North and Latin America region. You’ll mentor LSS candidates, lead Kaizen events, and coach teams through DMAIC, VSM, FMEA, 5S, Kanban and Poka‑Yoke to raise process maturity.

Based in Mexico City, this full-time role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders, change management, and digitization to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes within a regional tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
• Advanced Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in developing training materials and Kaizen events.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (DMAIC, VSM, 5S, Kanban, FMEA).
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor LSS certification candidates and project leaders in practical Lean tools and DMAIC.
• Design and conduct training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates.
• Plan and lead Kaizen events across business units.
• Assess process maturity with cross-functional teams and develop roadmaps.
• Promote change management and culture of continuous improvement.
