Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process & Systems Engineer for the ACES Inbound LatAm team in Mexico. The role focuses on continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across Inbound operations, partnering with site leadership to deliver measurable safety, quality, and cost benefits.

You will own end-to-end process improvements, benchmark standards, and deploy scalable solutions with engineering and technology teams, while coaching leaders in CI tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Lean Process Improvement / Six Sigma experience to increase efficiency across processes.
• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Inbound functions using Lean Six Sigma.
• Establish benchmarking standards and drive standardization across sites.
• Partner with Inbound, Engineering, and Technology teams to deploy scalable CI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with scoping, execution, and sustaining improvements.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standard work, SOPs, and best practices for Inbound processes.
• Influence leadership with data-driven recommendations (WBR, MBR, QBR).
