Responsibilities

• Align with regional strategy and support lean six sigma rollout.
• Provide training on lean six sigma tools for assigned projects.
• Perform KPI analysis to identify kaizen opportunities.
• Coach VS/BU teams during kaizen events and facilitate implementation of new processes.
• Review KPIs at three levels (results, processes, systems) and ensure lean methods are used.
