Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement.
• Full professional English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proposals to improve production processes.
• Follow up on customer complaints and improvement requests.
• Define and optimize manufacturing methods using Six Sigma and Lean.
• Maintain and update engineering documentation (BOMs, standard work instructions).
• Monitor and analyze yield, scrap, and OA metrics; lead improvement projects.
• Drive corrective actions and address audit findings.
• Support production leaders with shop floor inquiries.
