Kyndryl seeks a senior, independently driven Workday practitioner to design, configure, and support Time Tracking and Absence solutions globally. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable Workday configurations that support daily operations and evolving needs.

With 7+ years of Workday experience, you will own solution quality and advise on best practices while ensuring sustainable, end-to-end outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions, from requirements through deployment.
• Strong understanding of time, absence, and payroll-related business processes, including downstream impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and support Time Tracking and Absence solutions in Workday as the system of record.
• Own solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable Workday configurations and advise on best practices.
