KION Group AG (Dematic) is seeking a Workday Extend Specialist to design, develop, and optimize Extend solutions in collaboration with HR and IT teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable integration and processes within Workday HCM.

You will maintain existing Extend deployments, participate in upgrades, and produce technical documentation, while working in an international environment with opportunities for travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of programming with XML, XSLT, XPath, REST APIs, SOAP, Workday Query Language, JSON, and object-oriented programming; or 4–5 years Workday ecosystem experience as an integration expert.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver Workday Extend solutions in collaboration with HR, integration experts, and system architects.
• Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve existing Extend solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, stability, and Global IT governance standards.
• Support testing, upgrades, deployments, and cutover activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
