You will partner with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to deliver accurate, compliant configurations across global requirements, while driving quality and sustainability. The role requires hands-on Workday configuration expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a global, matrixed

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence.
• Ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Strong understanding of time, absence, and payroll-related processes, including downstream impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations to meet global requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, sustainable Workday solutions; collaborate with HR/payroll and downstream teams.
• Support production Workday environments and provide configuration changes as needed.
