Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior/Lead Application Support Engineer specializing in .NET and SQL for Financial Reporting Systems. You will provide L1/L2 production support for critical reporting platforms in a financial services context, troubleshooting incidents, validating data, and collaborating across teams to ensure service reliability.
The role requires 6-8+ years in production support, strong SQL and .NET skills, and experience with enterprise reporting tools.
Formación
- 6-8+ years in Application Support or L1/L2 environments.
- Hands-on production support with incident investigation and resolution.
- Strong SQL queries, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor production applications, reporting workflows, data feeds, integrations, and batch processes.
- Investigate incidents affecting report generation, data quality, and downstream distribution.
- Perform SQL data analysis, root cause identification, and validation to restore service.
- Support .NET applications: logs, deployments, configuration, and log analysis.
- Monitor health, alerts, interfaces, and KPIs; adhere to SLAs.
- Collaborate with dev, infra, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Support releases, smoke testing, change implementations, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain runbooks, procedures, and support docs.
