seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive high-volume recruiting across LATAM manufacturing operations. You will lead a distributed team of recruiters and external partners responsible for hiring factory hourly talent, including operators, technicians, and warehouse staff. Based in Mexicali, the role requires onsite work, travel across LATAM sites, and close collaboration with HR and Operations to build scalable hiring plans that support

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Significant Talent Acquisition experience in Manufacturing/Industrial settings.
• Experience leading recruiting teams across multi-site or regional environments.
• Proven success in high-volume factory hiring (operators, technicians, warehouse staff).
• Experience with external staffing agencies and contingent workers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to relocate to Mexicali, Mexico and travel across LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed recruiting team.
• Own end-to-end strategy for factory hourly and manufacturing operations hires.
• Deliver hiring results across sites while ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Partner with Plant Managers and HR to align recruitment with workforce needs.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and cost efficiency.
• Manage external agencies and staffing partners.
• Monitor recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and funnel conversion.
