Job summary

AspenTech in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support accurate LATAM payroll across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. You will apply Mexico payroll expertise and coordinate with HR, Finance, Treasury, and external providers to process cycles on schedule and ensure compliance.

This role requires 5–8 years of payroll experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and familiarity with Workday and ADP/Celergo.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of payroll experience, LATAM focus.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico payroll and tax compliance.
• Experience with Workday and ADP/Celergo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process LATAM payroll cycles for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.
