Takeda in Mexico City (Santa Fe) seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll for a portfolio across Latin American markets, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Payroll COE, HR, and Finance, validate complex earnings and taxes, and drive process improvements using Workday, ADP, or SAP Payroll while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field; payroll certification advantageous.
• Typically 3–5 years of payroll experience in regional, multi-entity, or international operations.
• Experience with Latin American markets (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Chile, Panama) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities for an assigned portfolio.
• Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, statutory contributions, and benefits.
• Perform reconciliations, controls, corrections, and year-end support with greater independence.
• Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Serve as operational contact for payroll providers and coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Support automation and digital tools within payroll processes with proper validation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring work.
