• Five or more years of legal experience with a strong corporate background.
• Law degree from a Mexican university.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to the DiDi Shop and New Verticals teams in Mexico.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and other stakeholders to ensure compliant product launches.
• Negotiate, draft and approve commercial agreements and terms for promotions and campaigns.
• Review operating procedures and internal protocols for legal alignment.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting food delivery and e-commerce in Mexico.
