Mattel is seeking a Creator Marketing specialist to support LATAM influencer campaigns across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia. You will design paid and organic influencer strategies, manage budgets, and analyze performance to drive brand awareness and growth.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to adapt global strategies to the LATAM context, coordinating vendors and key influencers while tracking results and ROI.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing and influencer marketing; budget management.
• Experience with LATAM markets and multinational brands preferred.
• Analytical skills to optimize live campaigns with external partners (agencies).
• Proactive, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement influencer marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with regional goals in LATAM.
• Manage and optimize influencer and sample budget; ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze campaign performance (views, awareness, engagement, conversion) and provide actionable reports.
• Adapt global strategies to fit the LATAM context.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors, and key influencers.
• Monitor digital trends and consumer behavior to identify innovative opportunities.
• Contribute to the annual digital marketing planning for brands and corporate projects.
