Mattel is seeking a Creator Marketing specialist to support LATAM campaigns across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia. You will design and execute paid and earned influencer strategies to grow brand awareness and consumer engagement.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and agencies, manage budgets, track performance, and translate data into actionable insights to drive business growth in a dynamic toy and entertainment portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing or influencer marketing with budget management experience.
• Experience with LATAM markets and multinational brands preferred.
• Analytical mindset to optimize live campaigns and derive insights.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement influencer marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with regional goals.
• Manage and optimize influencer budgets and sample allocations.
• Analyze campaign performance (views, awareness, engagement, conversion) and report insights.
• Adapt global strategies to fit the LATAM regional context.
• Select, coordinate, and manage agencies, vendors and key influencers.
• Monitor digital trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to annual digital marketing planning for brands and corporate projects.
