Mattel is seeking a Creator Marketing Specialist to drive LATAM influencer campaigns across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia. You will design paid and earned strategies, manage budgets, and align with regional and global goals to boost brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and influencers, analyze performance data, adapt global strategies to LATAM, and help shape the annual digital marketing plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of digital marketing and influencer marketing experience.
• Proven budget management experience and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience with LATAM markets and multinational brands preferred.
• Analytical mindset to optimize live campaigns with agency partners.
• Highly motivated, proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
• Collaborative communicator with a positive attitude.
• Adaptable and able to influence best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement influencer marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with regional business goals.
• Manage and optimize influencer and sample budgets.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Adapt global strategies to the LATAM context.
• Select, coordinate, and manage agencies, vendors, and key influencers.
• Monitor digital trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to the annual digital marketing planning for brands and corporate projects.
