Emerald Zebra, a fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (LATAM) to expand its presence in Mexico, Colombia, or Peru. You will identify high-value opportunities, build institutional relationships, and drive revenue within the local brokerage market.

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales or business development in brokerage/fintech within LATAM.
• Active IB portfolio or strong local networks to grow client base from day one.
• Strong understanding of local financial regulations and market dynamics in Mexico/Colombia/Peru.
• Fluent Spanish with professional English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities within the assigned LATAM market (Mexico, Colombia, or Peru).
• Execute tailored commercial strategies to meet local revenue and client targets.
• Build and nurture partnerships with local institutional clients and traders.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to align local strategy with global objectives.
