Job summary

ZERO Markets is seeking a Business Development Manager (FX/CFD) to drive growth in LATAM from a remote setup in Mexico. You will build relationships with influencers, introducing brokers, and strategic partners while supporting onboarding and client journeys.

Collaborate with global teams on campaigns and strategy to expand market presence. The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial drive, strong sales experience in financial services or FinTech, and excellent communication skills to exceed

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of day trading, FX, CFDs, and trading platforms like MT4/MT5.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and growth partners.
• Support LATAM marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with local influencers to run campaigns and events.
• Provide high-level client support via live chat, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Handle onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction across touchpoints.
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis in LATAM.
• Report feedback and campaign performance to HQ.
