Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to expand our footprint across Mexico and the LATAM region. You will work with sales, marketing and client relations to grow our partner and client network, identifying opportunities and converting leads into active trading clients.

The ideal candidate has BD, sales or account management experience in forex/CFD, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Extensive experience in business development within forex/CFD markets.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with high-value partners.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Mexico and LATAM.
• Develop relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates and potential partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and conduct market research.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and client relations to support growth targets.
