Job summary

Harbour Energy seeks an experienced Lead Labour & Employee Related Matters Advisor for its Mexico Business Unit. The role focuses on managing employee relations, labour law compliance, and workforce engagement across offshore and onshore operations, ensuring alignment with Harbour Energy values and local regulations.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on labour law and negotiations, guiding leadership and mitigating risks while fostering a positive workplace culture and compliant

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HRBP/Labour Matters experience.
• Experience in workforce integration in complex environments.
• Experience in unionized and non-union contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or Law; MBA desirable.
• English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, labour law compliance, and workforce engagement across Harbour Energy's Mexico Business Unit.
• Lead union negotiations and provide strategic guidance to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Harbour Energy's Ethics and Compliance policies.
• Develop and implement employee relations policies and frameworks.
• Advise managers on labour and employee relations matters.
• Investigate employee-related matters with objectivity and confidentiality.
