Watlow Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Services Advisor to partner with employees, supervisors, and managers across a broad range of human resources services. You will balance employee support, labor relations, HR administration, and process excellence while working closely with manufacturing operations.

You will help deliver a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support the organization's people strategy through coaching, collaboration, and leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR Services Advisor role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), labor relations, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience managing employee records and ensuring data integrity.
• Experience providing direct support to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, cases, and processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Support union-related activities and maintain effective labor relations practices.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, transfers, status changes, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
• Administer and follow up on HR service requests and employee inquiries through case management or ticketing systems.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR requirements.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to provide timely and effective solutions.
