PepsiCo is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Mexico City to execute and register ordinary and special payroll for the CamNorth BU according to policies, procedures, and government laws. You will ensure timely registration, validation, and delivery of payroll information for decision-making in accounting processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics.
• Payroll tax knowledge.
• Intermediate English.
• Advanced Portuguese.
• Advanced Office package.
• 3 years of experience as Payroll Supervisor (Desirable).
• SAP knowledge (preferably).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and guarantee the accounting closure to ensure the accounting record of expenses for financial statements.
• Generate and analyze the Budget (AOP / FCST) for main accounts to control expenses.
• Supervise and ensure the compliance with SOx and GCS controls and procedures.
• Manage and follow up of the collection of services for employees with international assignment to reduce impacts for the company.
• Apply changes and follow up of tax, labor or legal reforms to avoid impacts for the company.
• Do the Monthly Balance Sheet Review (BSR) presentation.
• Promote and supervise team participation and actively participate in projects and initiatives that improve payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance of SOx and GCS controls and audits through information delivery from payroll accounting processes.
