NTT DATA North America is seeking a Desktop Support Senior Associate for our Helpdesk team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role provides frontline IT support for end-users, handling devices, applications, and processes while collaborating with internal IT teams on testing and maintenance.

You will engage in learning new IT tools, contribute to process improvements, and participate in on-site, 24/7 rotational support.

Formación

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Great team player.
Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts and week offs; work from office mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with various stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution.
Ability to work independently within a diverse global team.
IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge (Win10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environment).

Responsabilidades

Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
Record, update, and escalated support issues to the next level promptly.
Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
Work with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
Engage in discovering new IT business tools to support business users and the internal IT team.
Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
Willingness to learn and grow in other IT business areas.
