Job summary

SKINTIFIC México is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for the Modern Trade channel. You will manage and grow strategic partnerships with major retail chains, drive revenue, in-store excellence, and sustainable expansion through effective account management and joint business planning.

The role requires 6+ years in Modern Trade or Key Account in FMCG, strong English skills, and established relationships with modern trade accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Modern Trade / Key Account / Branch Manager roles in FMCG (preferably skincare/beauty).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Existing relationships with modern trade accounts (hyper/supermarket, minimarket, health & beauty stores).
• Able to develop channel sales strategy and execute plans.
• Strong communication, presentation and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for modern trade channels.
• Identify and onboard new distributors; Upsell to existing customers.
• Track competitors and market trends; provide feedback to management.
• Lead joint business planning and promotional execution with key accounts.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and forecast accurately.
