Tendencys Innovations seeks an experienced IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in Monterrey, partnering with hiring managers to attract top software, QA, DevOps, and data professionals. You will develop sourcing strategies and conduct competency-based interviews to identify outstanding talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience recruiting for technical or IT positions.
• Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data, Cloud profiles.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and digital recruitment platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles from intake to offer.
• Recruit for IT positions including Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, and more.
• Develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Partner with engineering and business leaders to define candidate profiles.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and initial technical screenings.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and track key metrics.
• Support employer branding to strengthen the company presence in tech markets.
