Job summary

Dematic Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end IT recruitment across the region, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders. You will build strong technical talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring solutions across SAP, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, software, data, and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for IT roles in complex/global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of IT talent markets including SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from intake to closing.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for professional IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define roles and strategies.
• Recruit for SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps, and enterprise IT.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, and market research.
• Proactively identify, engage, and attract candidates for current and future needs.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Manage candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
