Dematic Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - IT Recruiting to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized IT roles across Mexico, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders in a hybrid role based in Guadalupe.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build strong technical talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hiring solutions across SAP, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, software, data, and IT operations.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for senior IT roles in global organizations.
• Strong IT market knowledge: SAP, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing.
• Advanced sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for professional and senior IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Recruit for SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps, and IT operations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market research.
• Proactively identify, engage, and assess qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align recruiting priorities.
• Use ATS platforms to maintain recruitment data and ensure compliance.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruiting projects.
