Job summary

VAPOTHERM in Tijuana seeks a Senior IT Support Analyst to be the go-to IT contact for the plant, supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, ERP Epicor, and manufacturing systems onsite.

You will lead local infrastructure projects, manage vendor relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to deploy technology across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or manufacturing tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• English at least B2 and onsite work at the Tijuana facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for Vapotherm’s Tijuana facility and coordinate with site leadership, vendors, and global IT teams.
• Support on-site and remote employees with end-user devices, Microsoft 365, enterprise apps, and network services.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot production-floor technology (workstations, scanners, printers, tablets).
• Lead local infrastructure, networking, and site technology improvement initiatives.
• Manage site IT projects, procurement, and vendor relations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations on critical deployments.
