Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment, including executive/C-level roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Sales is a plus.
• Proven success in lead generation and candidate conversion.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
• Native or near-native English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for senior and executive-level positions from sourcing to placement.
• Establish and nurture relationships with leadership, HR, and potential candidates.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies for senior/executive talent.
• Serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the process.
