You will optimize delivery, monitor profitability, manage capacity and vendor relationships, and build strong client partnerships while upholding elite engineering standards.

• 7+ years of proven experience in engineering management roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced expertise in financial management and budget oversight.
• Expert-level multitasking capabilities with demonstrated results.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Extensive people management experience, including Performance Improvement planning, Attrition Management, and lifecycle management.
• Deep technical expertise with comprehensive IT industry knowledge.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational effectiveness by executing strategic technology implementation plans.
• Lead project planning and results monitoring while coaching, mentoring, and managing team members.
• Build staff retention through reliable and transparent communication; develop relationships with team members.
• Analyze and optimize billable utilization, manage capacity planning, and forecast profitability.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts; deliver value to stakeholders.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes and trends.
• Meet financial objectives through forecasting, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and corrective action.
• Maintain service quality by enforcing rigorous organizational standards.
