BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff IT opportunities worldwide. You will act as a bridge between Client Services, Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, handling end-to-end vetting and presenting top talent.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with advanced English and a process-driven mindset. This is 100% remote with flexible hours and international collaboration.

IT Recruiter at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our existing pool of pre-vetted candidates in order to successfully staff ongoing IT business opportunities. In this role, you will serve as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Daily responsibilities include analyzing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staffing open positions while ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and discerning, with strong attention to detail and a process- and business-oriented mindset. Collaboration and a team-first attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

The role requires the Recruiter to be articulate and eloquent in English.

What You'll Do:

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
