Vertiv Co in Mexicali, MX is seeking an IT Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users. You will provide second-level support beyond the Service Desk and lead IT project implementations with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Windows desktop deployment experience, familiarity with software distribution tools, MDM, and ServiceNow, and is fluent in Spanish and English. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of Windows desktop deployment experience.
• Understanding of software distribution tools and network fundamentals.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management.
• Experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to document and resolve problems.
• Provide second-level user support for complex issues beyond the Service Desk.
• Ensure incident management by responding to service desk requests and escalating as needed.
• Lead hands-on support for IT project implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve end-user issues.
• Assist with asset management and spare equipment stock levels.
• Support backup operations and PC replacement programs.
• Keep IT management informed about local infrastructure status.
