Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to provide frontline and escalated helpdesk support for hardware, software, network, and server issues at the Mexicali site. The role includes troubleshooting, ticketing, and coordination with vendors.
You will work with PCs, printers, servers, and network equipment, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction. Strong English communication and production-environment AD/Server experience are required, with a focus on
Formación
- Must have 2+ years of LAN, network, servers and PC experience.
- Experience supporting Active Directory and servers in production environments.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar service desk tools.
Responsabilidades
- Respond to IT-related problems from internal customers.
- Log, monitor, and resolve tickets in the service desk system.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and network gear.
- Assist with network design and implementation (wired/wireless).
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues.
