Sharp Brains is seeking an End User Support Specialist for an on-site role in Irapuato, Mexico. The contract-based position focuses on delivering day-to-day technical assistance, resolving desktop hardware and software issues, configuring equipment, and supporting printers and network connectivity for end users.

Applicants should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows and ticketing or helpdesk systems, and a relevant technical diploma or certification (e.g., CompTIA A+).

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving user-reported issues.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in supporting and maintaining Printers and related peripherals in an office environment.
• Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with end users and technical teams.
• Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on-site.
• Candidates should possess basic networking knowledge, familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows), and experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems.
• Candidates should possess a relevant technical diploma, certification (such as CompTIA A+ or similar), or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users onsite.
• Resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers.
• Configure and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot printer and network connectivity problems.
• Log and track support requests, escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate clearly with users and document solutions.
• Support IT best practices within the local environment.
