DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced IT services leader in Mexico City to own end-to-end service delivery for strategic client accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet contractual commitments and business objectives. You will manage governance, KPIs, and cost optimization initiatives while partnering with senior leaders to shape transformation roadmaps and opportunities for expansion.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT field.
  • 8+ years in IT services with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing delivery teams.
  • Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.

Responsabilidades

  • Own end-to-end service delivery for one or multiple strategic client accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and service-improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Account Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers for seamless execution.
  • Monitor delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage incident, problem, and escalation management activities.
  • Oversee account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement.
  • Support business growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategic objectives and transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive service transformation, automation, and adoption of best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own end‑to‑end service delivery for one or multiple strategic client accounts, ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, and business objectives are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Lead and develop cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Account Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Project Managers, and lead teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and financial targets.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate delivery risks, ensuring business continuity and service stability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and escalation management activities, ensuring timely resolution and clear customer communication.
  • Manage account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue realization, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Support business growth by identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and service expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives, transformation roadmaps, and operational priorities.
  • Drive service transformation, automation, process optimization, and adoption of industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting and regular business reviews, presenting delivery performance, operational challenges, risks, and improvement plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to continuously enhance service delivery capabilities.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, infrastructure, applications, or technology operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing service delivery teams.
  • Proven track record managing complex client engagements, delivery organizations, and large‑scale operational environments.
  • Strong experience in client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery frameworks, governance models, SLA management, and operational excellence practices.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Experience driving process improvement, service transformation, automation, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices. ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a strong focus on business outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing delivery for enterprise‑level clients in global or multinational environments.
  • Experience in Infrastructure Services, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Network, Security, Applications, or Managed Services.
  • PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience working within matrix organizations and leading large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and build long‑term strategic partnerships.
