DXC Technology Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end service delivery for strategic client accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence across the IT estate.

You will work with Account Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to ensure delivery against KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and revenue targets, while advancing transformation and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in IT services, managed services, infrastructure, or technology operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing delivery teams.
  • Proven track record managing complex client engagements and large-scale operations.
  • Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles; ITIL certification is a plus.

Each team contributes to DXC's success, and everyone delivers world-*class service and has opportunities to grow and learn.***WHAT YOU’LL DO***• Own end-to-end service delivery for one or multiple strategic client accounts, ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, and business objectives are consistently achieved or exceeded. • Lead and develop cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Drive operational excellence through effective governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and service improvement initiatives. • Partner closely with Account Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Project Managers, and lead teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction. • Monitor and manage delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and financial targets. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate delivery risks, ensuring business continuity and service stability. • Manage incident, problem, and escalation management activities, ensuring timely resolution and clear customer communication. • Manage account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue realization, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives. • Support business growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities within existing client accounts. • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives, transformation roadmaps, and operational priorities. • Drive service transformation, automation, process optimization, and adoption of industry best practices. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. • Provide executive-level reporting and regular business reviews, presenting delivery performance, operational challenges, risks, and improvement plans to internal and external stakeholders. • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to continuously enhance service delivery capabilities.***WHO YOU ARE*** • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 8+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, infrastructure, applications, or technology operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing service delivery teams. • Proven track record managing complex client engagements, delivery organizations, and large-scale operational environments. • Strong experience in client relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives. • Deep understanding of service delivery frameworks, governance models, SLA management, and operational excellence practices. • Experience leading geographically distributed and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Experience driving process improvement, service transformation, automation, and organizational change initiatives. • Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
