Ingredion is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to support and optimize HRIS platforms, including Workday and ServiceNow.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and an excellent employee experience across the organization. The role involves day-to-day HR system operations, data audits, reporting, and partnering with HR, business leaders, vendors, and IT to deliver improvements in service delivery and processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR technologies.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, or Case Management.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and providing operational support.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR technology platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems.
• Manage user requests, troubleshoot system issues, and provide operational support.
• Maintain data quality through audits, reporting, and system reviews.
• Create and modify reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Support system testing, enhancements, releases, and implementation projects.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and training materials.
