Ingredion Incorporated in Mexico (Hybrid) is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to support Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.

You will partner with HR centers of excellence and technical teams to ensure HR platforms are reliable and delivering a great employee experience. You will administer security, data loads, and integrations, develop reports, and contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM or a comparable HCM platform.
• Experience with Workday processes, reporting, EIBs, integrations, and security administration.
• Knowledge of payroll and/or time and attendance systems.
• Experience in a service center or customer-facing support environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and optimization of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Absence Management.
• Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing activities, and release support.
• Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot system and integration issues.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
• Participate in HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge management and process documentation.
