Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Director, HR IGS to lead global HR service delivery, operations, and shared services. You will drive automation, analytics, and digital enablement while ensuring payroll governance and compliance across regions.

The role demands a senior leader who can manage a diverse global team, influence senior stakeholders, and partner with Technology, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable HR solutions aligned with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in operations/shared services.
• Experience leading global, large-scale HR transformation and change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global delivery of HR Operations and Shared Services across regions.
• Develop and execute the HR Service Delivery strategy with partners.
• Drive standardization, automation, digitization, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve service efficiency and quality.
• Establish governance, SLAs, KPIs, and secure payroll governance.
• Lead a diverse global team and manage third-party relationships.
• Benchmark trends to evolve Ingredion's HR delivery model.
