Aptiv plc is seeking an HR Analyst in Monterrey to provide operational support to the People Operations team. You will manage employee transactions in Workday/Oracle, support onboarding, and help maintain data quality for global HR initiatives.

The role requires strong Workday skills, 3+ years HR experience (US HR a must), and advanced English. You will collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to streamline HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Strong proficiency in Workday with hands-on experience managing employee transactions.
• +3 years of HR experience, including US HR exposure.
• Advanced English language required.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS (Workday and Oracle) with necessary approvals.
• Monitor onboarding to ensure documents and tasks are completed with IT and Payroll.
• Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy in HRIS.
• Support data audits and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and other COEs to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR processes and policies.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports from Workday for decision-making and compliance.
