• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA preferred.

As a Director, HR IGS, you will lead Ingredion's global HR service delivery organization and drive the evolution of HR Operations through service excellence, process optimization, digital enablement, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee and manager experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, scalability, and alignment with Ingredion's business and people strategies. This role reports to the Vice President, Integrated Global Services (IGS) and leads a global team of HR Operations and Shared Services professionals across multiple regions.

What you will do

• Lead the global delivery of HR Operations and Shared Services, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of employee lifecycle and payroll-related processes across all regions.
• Develop and execute the HR Service Delivery strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Digital & Technology, Finance, and Global Services leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, digitization, and simplification initiatives that enhance the employee and manager experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, analytics, self-service capabilities, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to improve service efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Establish and govern global service delivery performance through SLAs, KPIs, customer experience metrics, and robust governance processes.
• Ensure strong internal controls, payroll governance, data privacy, compliance, and risk management practices across all HR Operations activities.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse global team, building capabilities that support current business priorities and future organizational needs.
• Manage strategic relationships with third-party providers and evaluate sourcing models that drive service quality, scalability, innovation, and cost effectiveness.
• Benchmark industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve Ingredion's HR service delivery model and position IGS as a strategic business enabler.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Transformation environments.
• Proven track record leading global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives involving service delivery optimization, process improvement, automation, and organizational change.
• Strong expertise in payroll governance, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance, controls, and service management within multinational organizations.
• Experience implementing digital HR solutions and leveraging data, analytics, workflow technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve business and employee outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex stakeholder environments, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
