Ingredion is seeking an Analyst, Digital Enablement in Mexico to lead and execute digital projects. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver value through automation and analytics, leveraging Power BI and SQL to provide actionable insights.

The role requires knowledge of ML/AI basics, Python, and Agile project management, with strong communication in English and Spanish. Relocation within the country is available.

Formación

• University/master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in Automation Tool Development.
• Highly skilled in Power BI and queries creation in SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Python.
• Basic to medium expertise in Agile framework for project management.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.

The Analyst, Digital enablement is responsible for leading and executing projects as assigned and assisting the Associate Manager, digital enablement to create value through well designed digital projects. The digital projects are governed per documented methodologies and must meet required controls and drive the intended value as set forth in the beginning of the project.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and indirect resources to develop project plans focused on the value proposition, the key deliverables and timelines, resources management to deliver intended value
• Development and lead project scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment and change management for all projects assigned to deliver the intended value
• Develop Technical solutions for Functional business process leads to meet their automation needs
• Escalate issues or risks to appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution or to develop contingency plans.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools and methodologies to assist leadership team in process reviews
• Develop required reporting and present projects updates/progress to the team during the monthly status reviews
• Function as a business partner to other groups across value streams as required.
• Track various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved
• Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other functions.
• Support benchmarking and assessment of digital enablement tools and their applicability to IGS processes and/or to address pain points in existing processes
• Other Duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

• University/master's degree in engineering, business, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in Automation Tool Development
• Highly skilled in Power BI and queries creation in SQL
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Python
• Basic to medium expertise in Agile framework for project management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of work performance, follow through on assignments, and anticipate, identify, and analyze problems and resolve or recommend course of action for resolution as appropriate.
• Proven ability to independently analyze complex problems, research complex issues, draw appropriate conclusions, and develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Highly organized individual with a high degree of attention to details.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience managing several projects / initiatives at one time that require advanced problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct line of authority.
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships with Senior Management, as well as proven ability to work as part of a project team and deliver results.
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade and facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate the team workload around multiple assignments.
• Continuous improvement attitude to seek out and implement best practices.

Desirable requirements:

• Skills in automation through Power Automate or other RPA tools.
• Azure data factory, Visual studio and Data bricks
