Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Lead, Workday Benefits expert to design, configure, and optimize Benefits within Workday as the system of record. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Benefits.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions, from requirements through deployment.
• Strong understanding of benefits and payroll-related business processes, including downstream impacts.
• Experience supporting production Workday environments, including troubleshooting and configuration changes in live systems.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments.
• Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks, security considerations, and reporting impacts related to Time and Absence.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable Workday solutions using best-practice configuration approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in an enterprise, cross-functional environment.

• Design, configure, and support Workday Benefits solutions as the system of record.
• Own solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global requirements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to deliver accurate, compliant, scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration solutions and advise on best practices.
• Work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work to completion with limited oversight.
• Collaborate with integration partners and technical teams when needed; focus on configuration and outcomes.
