Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking an HR System Total Rewards Analyst to manage and optimize Workday and other SaaS HR platforms. You will collaborate with IT, Payroll and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployments.

The role emphasizes system administration, stakeholder collaboration, and driving HR digital transformation with automation and AI-enabled tools. A strong HRIS background and 3–6 years in HR technology are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in information systems, HR, CS or related field.
• Experience with HRIS or HR technology roles (3–6 years).
• Familiarity with SaaS HR systems and AI-based HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS HR systems like Workday with IT and vendors.
• Document requirements and provide detailed design and business rules.
• Perform system testing, regression and UAT; manage releases.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll and stakeholders to address needs.
• Identify automation opportunities and support HR tech roadmap.
