Empresaconfidencial is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead employee relations, labor strategies, and HR operations within our Tamaulipas plant. You will partner with regional leadership on negotiations, drive analytics, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 7+ years of progressive HR experience, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
7+ years progressive HR experience.
3+ years in senior HRBP or equivalent leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.
Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with operational leadership.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Manage personnel administration, employee turnover, and absenteeism initiatives.
Develop and implement labor relations strategies that promote positive employee relations and workforce engagement.
Collaborate with regional leadership during union negotiations, leveraging HR metrics to develop bargaining strategies.
Resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Communicate and apply the Code of Conduct consistently.
Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to address complex employee situations.
Monitor turnover, absenteeism, engagement, staffing effectiveness, and labor cost.
